SRISD Announces 2019-2020 Teachers and Employee of the Year!

SRISD Teachers and Employee of the Year Recognitions:
Congratulations to First Grade Teacher, Jodi Amlin, who was named as our Elementary Employee of the Year. High School English Teacher, Stena Brewer, was voted as our Secondary Teacher of the Year. We are also blessed to have Kin Stewart, Director of Transportation, as our Employee of the Year!

SRISD School Closure Meal Plan

Sam Rayburn ISD will be providing meals to students during our weeks of closure, continuing until the year ends on May 21st. Meals will be available for pickup on Tuesday of each week, from 9 am until noon. Tuesday pickups will include meals for the week. Requests submitted after 12 pm on Tuesday will be available for pickup the following week.

School Closing Instructional Plan - Week 4

Week 4 packet pick up will be held on Tuesday, April 7th from 8 am - 6 pm. Packets for both SR Elementary and SRJH/HS will be outside the building in bins, labeled with student names. Packet pick up will be self service this week. Please locate and take the envelope with your child's name. There will also be a place outside the building to turn in packets from previous weeks and to pick up spring picture proofs. If you have any questions, please call or email your child's campus principal.
Our online learning option will remain the same with elementary students finding instruction on their teacher's webpage and JH/HS accessing assignments through Google Classroom.
