Welcome to my teacher page! This is my 9th year teaching agriculture science and my 3rd year teaching at Sam Rayburn ISD. For the four previous years, I taught at Honey Grove ISD and the two years previous to that I taught, at Fannindel ISD. I love being one of the FFA Advisors here and teach Agriculture Business classes, Floral Design, Principles of Agriculture, and other plant science based courses. For the last 2 school years, I have been a part of the National FFA Teacher Ambassador Program where I promote resources offered by the National FFA Organization.
I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science from Texas A&M University, where I majored in Agriculture Leadership and Development with an emphasis in Animal Science. Upon graduation, I began working on my Master's of Education in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University at Commerce.
I have been married to my husband Ross for going on seven years this year. Much to your surprise, we met in high school showing cattle and after my undergrad started dating. We have 2 daughters, Macy and Nora.
